If you choose to bring it to us you will be charged a flat fee. We also offer on-site virus removal, billed hourly.
Our in-shop virus removal also includes a basic hardware diagnosis and cleanup where any junk toolbars and popups are removed, temp files are cleared, and available current updates are installed. The basic diagnosis ensures that you’re not wasting your money on a computer where it’s just about to require more repairs, and sometimes a hardware problem can be mistaken for something else.
