For new clients, a deposit will be required for on-site services. This will be applied towards the final bill, and in the event of a no-show due to a non-emergency, or failure to cancel before 24 hours the deposit will be kept to offset the costs incurred in driving to your location.
For computers dropped off, a deposit of $45 will be required before work will be performed. If you choose to not get your computer fixed then this will be kept as a Diagnosis fee, with the option of copying off one 16GB Flash Drive worth of data at no additional charge. When a computer is picked up, payment is due in full.
Computer repair is only invoiced for non-profit clients with a pre-existing billing agreement.
Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) with your name visible are accepted.
