We provide on-site services to a 14 county area, with a focus on Hopkins, Daviess, Webster, McLean, and Henderson counties from our office in Madisonville, KY. For the remaining counties remote services might be the cheaper and quicker option.
For those living in Hopkins County, along with select portions of McLean and Webster there’s no travel fee for service calls. For all other areas there might be a travel fee depending upon time on-site and distance, see travel fee below for details.
If you live near by feel free to schedule a drop-off appointment, and relax knowing that most services are fixed fee, vs the hourly rate for on-site or remote work.
Remote Services Available
To avoid the higher on-site rate, we do offer remote support. This entails downloading a small file to your computer which will allow us to see your screen and move your mouse to fix the issue remotely. This is only available in cases where the computer can still get online, so this is perfect for services such as a computer cleanup or when a program is acting up.
